The Principles of Happiness
Augustine wrote in the fifth century, “Every man, whatsoever his condition, desires to be happy.”
There are more than
2,700 passages in the Bible containing words such as joy, happiness, gladness,merriment, pleasure, cheer, laughter, delight, jubilation, feasting, exultation, and celebration.
Ps 144:15 NKJV “…Happy are the people whose God is the LORD!”
Ps 89:16 CEV We are happy all day because of you, and your saving power brings honor to us.”
PS 40:16 NET “May all those who seek you be happy and rejoice in you!…”,
Ps 92:4 NET “For you, O LORD, have made me happy by your work. I will sing for joy because of what you have done.”
Happiness is all about the SOURCE not the CIRCUMSTANCE.

“I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your
joy may be complete.” John 15:11
Happiness is a CHOICE, not to be left to CHANCE
Psalm 30:11 You changed my sorrow into dancing. You took away my
clothes of sadness, and clothed me in happiness. (New Century Version)
“When I ACT happy, I will FEEL happy!”
“…Don’t be dejected
and sad, for the joy of the LORD is your strength!”
We can choose happy because God designed us to heal.
POSSESSIONS won’t make you happy like PERSPECTIVE does!

Happiness is the reward of DEVOTION not the result of EMOTION.
