God calls us to seek His face. II Chronicles 7:14 NKJV 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
The Hebrew word for face literally means His presence. Jeremiah 29:13 NKJV 13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
